Reviews and recommendations from cross-border teams that ship with BringGo Ship.
“When we cover Mexico in our trainings, the first question from students is always the same: "Who do we trust with our goods?" Now there is a clear answer. The BringGo Ship team gives a student making a first shipment the same patience as a brand that ships every week. They reply quickly, and when something goes wrong they don't hide it; they tell you together with the fix. It's a team we send our students to with complete peace of mind.”
“We've worked with BringGo Ship for a long time, and what I value most is simple: when there's a problem, there's a real person on the other end. With the warehouses we used before, we never knew who to reach when something went wrong. Here I get an answer even to a message I send at midnight. The price-performance is right too. Our costs came down and our margins went up. I recommend them to the students in our academy without a second thought.”
“For the wholesale companies I advise, two things matter more than anything: the goods have to clear the border without trouble, and the cost has to be known from the start. Since we began working with BringGo Ship, paperwork is checked before the freight moves and duties and fees are clear in advance. I see the same care on full pallet loads as on small batches. When I recommend a logistics partner to my clients now, I don't hesitate.”

BringGo Ship receives your cargo at our Laredo, TX warehouse for consolidation, coordinates customs clearance and delivers it into Mexico door to door, so you work with one company for the entire route instead of three separate vendors. We also handle cross-border returns with reverse logistics from Mexico back to the US.
Shipping cargo between the United States and Mexico involves cross-border trucking, customs brokerage, and a documentation process that differs sharply from domestic freight. This guide explains how transit times, costs, customs duties, and fulfillment work so sellers and businesses can plan accurate landed costs and avoid border delays.
Cross-border freight rarely moves on a single truck end to end. By law a US tractor can travel only about 16 miles into Mexico, and Mexican tractors face similar limits in the US, so most shipments use a three-carrier handoff: a Mexican carrier hauls to the border, a licensed drayage carrier shuttles the trailer across customs on a short tractor, and a US carrier runs the long-haul leg. Full truckload (FTL) moves typically take 2 to 5 business days, while less-than-truckload (LTL) takes 5 to 8 business days because of consolidation. FTL is quoted per trip based on lane, distance, and urgency, while LTL is priced per hundredweight with a minimum charge, so the right mode depends on your volume and delivery timeline. Transloading, common in Laredo, shifts cargo from a Mexican trailer to a US trailer at a facility near the border. BringGo Ship coordinates these legs through its Laredo, Texas and Monterrey, Mexico hubs so freight clears without unnecessary handling.
