Security Policy

June 25, 2026

At BringGo Ship, we regard the security of our customers' data and shipments as one of our top priorities. This Security Policy summarizes our approach to information security.

1. Information Security Approach

We apply technical and administrative security controls to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We regularly review our security measures against evolving threats and regulations.

2. Data Encryption

Data communication between the Platform and users is encrypted with TLS/SSL. Sensitive data is stored in accordance with industry standards.

3. Access Control

Access to our systems is restricted through role-based authorization (principle of least privilege). Critical operations are logged and monitored.

4. Infrastructure and Monitoring

Our server and application infrastructure is protected with up-to-date security patches; logs are kept and abnormal activity is monitored.

5. Payment Security

Payment transactions are carried out through licensed payment institutions. Card details are not stored on the Company's systems.

6. Physical Security

Access control, camera surveillance, and inventory tracking are applied at our storage facilities (United States and Mexico).

7. Incident Management

In the event of a potential security breach, an incident response process is operated to limit the impact and to inform the relevant individuals and competent authorities in accordance with the legislation.

8. Vulnerability Reporting

If you identify a security vulnerability, we kindly ask you to contact us at support@bringgoship.com under the principle of responsible disclosure.

9. User Responsibility

For your account security, we recommend using a strong and unique password and not sharing your login credentials. Please contact us if you notice any suspicious activity related to your account.
