We run the Laredo crossing as a daily operation, so we can usually speak to what is actually happening on the lane rather than what a forecast says. Useful areas:

  • How a shipment moves through the crossing in practice, stage by stage
  • Which documentation problems cause goods to be held at Mexican customs, and why
  • What changes for sellers whose goods are not USMCA-originating
  • How the corridor behaves around peak periods such as Buen Fin and year end
