Amazon FBA & FBM Prep

BringGo Ship preps and ships Amazon FBA shipments from our Laredo, Texas warehouse, and fulfills Amazon FBM orders from our Monterrey facility. Both models run out of the same inventory pool, so you can move units between FBA replenishment and merchant-fulfilled orders without a second warehouse. If you're selling into Amazon Mexico without a Mexican RFC on file, Amazon withholds tax automatically, a compliance detail worth resolving before your first shipment.

FBA prep: what we handle

  • FNSKU labeling, applied to Amazon's current barcode and placement specs
  • Poly-bagging with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap and fragile protection
  • Bundling and multi-pack sets, labeled as a single sellable unit
  • Carton and pallet prep to Amazon's box weight, dimension and shrink-wrap limits
  • Creating the shipment plan and shipping it into Amazon fulfillment centers

FBM prep and fulfillment: what we handle

  • Receiving and storing your inventory at our Monterrey warehouse
  • Pick, pack and dispatch on merchant-fulfilled orders inside Mexico
  • Branded and plain packaging, inserts and per-order requirements
  • Carrier label generation and tracking pushed back for your Amazon metrics
  • Return intake and inspection on FBM orders, processed inside Mexico

Amazon Mexico and RFC withholding

Mexican Amazon marketplace sellers without an RFC on file have 20% ISR plus the full 16% IVA withheld on the sale price, not on profit. This applies whether or not you use FBA or FBM, and it's a bigger cost driver than most sellers expect on thin-margin products. See our guide for Turkish sellers for the full breakdown.

What it costs

Pricing depends on unit count, prep complexity (labeling, poly-bagging, bundling), storage duration and order volume on the FBM side. Share your Amazon catalog and expected volume for a quote.
