The building is at 308 Enterprise St. Unit 1, Laredo, TX 78045, on the US side of the crossing. Receiving runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Tell us what is coming and when before your carrier dispatches, so inbound is booked against that window rather than arriving at a closed dock.

Laredo is the reason this route works. The Laredo to Nuevo Laredo crossing carries more US Mexico trade than any other land port, so carriers run it constantly and capacity is available in both directions. Our Monterrey warehouse is 227 km away, roughly 2 hours 51 minutes by road, which makes this building the last US stop before your freight becomes a Mexican import.

What the building does

This is a working cross-border facility, not a storage yard. Freight arrives, gets processed, and leaves in a form that clears cleanly:

• Pickup at your US origin and linehaul into this dock, if you would rather not arrange the inbound leg yourself
• Receiving and inspection of inbound freight, parcel or pallet
• Consolidation and cross-dock, so partial loads travel as full ones
• US-side inventory storage when you want stock staged before it crosses
• Amazon FBA prep: FNSKU labelling, polybagging, bundling, carton and pallet build
• Customs file preparation: HS classification, commercial invoice review, document check before dispatch

The operation is built around e-commerce and B2B freight rather than bulk commodity. In practice that means palletised B2B loads moving LTL or FTL, marketplace inventory that arrives as parcels and leaves as Amazon-ready cartons, and mixed consignments from several suppliers that need to become one shipment before they cross.

Regulated categories (food, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices and many electronics) can be received here, but the Mexican permit or NOM requirement has to be resolved at classification, before the goods reach the border. Finding it at the dock is already too late.

Crossing from here

We run the crossing ourselves rather than handing your freight to a partner at the bridge. That matters because the handoff is where a file gets thin and where delays start. The pedimento and the electronic value manifest are filed by the licensed Mexican customs brokers we coordinate with, and we prepare the documentation and handle the follow-up.

Duty and IVA are calculated and disclosed before the goods move, not after they land. If you have no Mexican entity, we can act as importer of record on your behalf; if you already have one, we clear in your name instead.

From this dock to central Mexico is one to two business days when documentation is complete. Border clearance, not driving distance, is the variable.

Who ships through this building

US brands sending stock to Mexican marketplaces and distributors. European sellers who need a North American staging point close to the crossing. And Turkish exporters, who face a specific problem worth stating plainly: Turkey is not a USMCA party, so Turkish-origin goods do not receive the tariff treatment US or Canadian goods receive, and holding them in Laredo does not change that. What this building changes is the transit clock and the cost of the last leg, not the origin rule. Our operations team includes Turkish speakers, so that conversation happens in the seller's own language.

After it crosses

Freight that has cleared moves on to our Monterrey warehouse in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. That is where inventory is held for fulfillment inside Mexico and where domestic distribution starts, so orders can be picked, packed and dispatched to a Mexican buyer without another customs step. Returns come back to the same building.
